Cool Cucumber-Mint Water with Raspberry Ice

Makes 8 oz.

9 raspberries
2 cucumber slices
6 fresh mint leaves
6 oz. to 8 oz. filtered or sparkling mineral water

Add three raspberries to each of three ice-cube sections and fill with water. Place in the freezer for several hours until frozen.

In an 8- to 12-oz. glass, place the cucumber slices, mint leaves and raspberry ice cubes.

Add the filtered or sparkling water to top off the glass.
