Berry Delicious Power Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients
1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 cup non-fat, plain yogurt or kefir
4 ice cubes
¼ cup toasted whole almonds
1 tsp almond extract
2 tsp granulated sugar
2 Tbsp ground golden flaxseeds

Directions
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
